We choose product and manufacturers that have warranties that allow our customers to sleep peacefully knowing that their purchase is protected. The Posturepedic® Low Foundation by Sealy offers a 10 year non-prorated warranty for the that begins on the date of purchase.
It covers the following during normal wear: manufacturer defects in the materials or workmanship.

120-Night Comfort Guarantee—Love it or Exchange it!
Our 120-Night Comfort Guarantee offers a one-time exchange of your mattress and/or flat foundation received as
a nonrefundable in-store Reselection Credit. You may initiate your comfort
exchange between 30 & 120-nights of your delivery. Within our local delivery area, our Comfort Exchange service
is just $149.95. This one-time service includes inspection & removal, and redelivery & setup of your new selection.
The Comfort Exchange service pick-up and redelivery must occur at the same time.
RETURNS
Refunds and returns are not allowed once a customer takes possession of their purchase.
Should you discover after your product has arrived, that it is defective or differs from that merchandise in which you ordered, we will be happy to exchange your merchandise at no additional charge. Please call our Customer Service Department at 503-546-3300 between the hours of 9am and 4pm, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays), and one of our service representatives will be glad to assist you with your exchange.
SPOT CLEANING RECOMMENDATION
To help remove minor stains or spills, follow these general cleaning steps:
- Gently blot the affected area with a clean white cloth to absorb as much of the spill or material as possible. Avoid using colored cloths, as dyes may transfer to the fabric.
- Apply a small amount of a household oxygen-based cleaner (such as OxiClean™) to a clean white cloth.
- Using a blotting motion, dab the cleaner onto the stained area. Try not to saturate the fabric or let cleaner soak through to the backing.
- If the stain begins to lift, continue blotting with the cleaner until it is no longer visible.
- Dampen another white cloth with water and blot the area again to remove any remaining cleaner.
- Allow the fabric to air dry completely before using the product again.
