Jeremy was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us select a great guest mattress. He then went above and beyond to arrange expedited delivery for us. At no point did we feel pressured or pointed to a product that didn’t fit our need. It’s rare to receive that level of customer service these days, and we truly appreciated it!

The people in the store are the best. Very helpful. And the delivery people are very nice They keep their delivery schedule and are very careful while setting the mattress up. I would use them again. They also worked with me when I realized my mattress didn't have the legal tag for some reason. They let me exchange it, although I am now thinking I shouldn't have 🙂
