I talked to Tony today because I wanted to see if my warranty was still good because my adjustable bed frame wasn't working. Unfortunately it was out of warranty and I hadn't purchased an extended warranty so only parts were covered. Tony said that he would help me get.a claim started for a repair but in the meantime I should try unplugging the frame for 10 seconds and pressing two of the buttons on the remote at the same time for 30 seconds after plugging it back in. It worked! I called to let him know so that he wouldn't have to move forward with anything.

From beginning to end Tony was friendly and professional and patient with questions. He had customers in the store but still took the time to be thorough in his assistance with me. I appreciate it so much!

Jeremy had every question answered in a few seconds. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and we never felt like we were getting sales pressure. It’s also great that BedMart carries brands that are produced here in the PNW.

Justin was so helpful during our visit. He was very patient and knowledgeable about each bed and what I needed. He even stayed late to help us decide what to do. I bought a bed I think will work best for me and Justin explained the return policy that is more generous than many stores. He arranged for delivery and set up help with the bed. Of all the stores we looked at Justin and bedmart were the best.
