- At the time of your purchase, select your preferred delivery day. For online orders, you will receive a confirmation email or a phone call from our customer care team to coordinate your delivery.
- On the morning of your delivery you will receive a phone call from your delivery team with a 2-hour delivery window.
- On your delivery day, you can enter your order number or telephone number in our Delivery Tracker to locate where your order is in real time.
- Two BedMart delivery professionals will deliver and place your mattress, foundation, adjustable base, and/or furniture in your room of choice and fully assemble.
- Items are unwrapped, inspected, and all packaging materials are recycled.
- Should you choose our Mattress Recycling Service we will remove your old mattress and boxspring.
- Arrange for a responsible adult age 18+ to be home for delivery.
- For high rise condos and apartments that have rules regulating delivery, be sure to arrange to reserve an elevator appointment in advance, as required by your building.
- We can only deliver if you have a safe path to the room you want your new item. Please be sure to remove obstacles for free access.
- We love your pets and want them safe. We request you secure your furry friends so they don’t get underfoot during the delivery.
- Inspect your products before the delivery team leaves.
