Our smartDROP Shipping is our basic drop shipping service. Our BedMart delivery team will drop off your purchase to your front door or place it in your garage. This Free Delivery offer is available within our designated local shipping/delivery areas on orders of $399 or more.

smartDROP Shipping is $45 on orders under $399.

Free shipping is for warehouse stock only. It is not available on Clearance Center or Floor Sample merchandise. Other exclusions may apply due to product size and weight. See store for details.

 

What’s Included in smartDROP Shipping:

  • We place all mattresses and furniture in factory packaging inside your garage or to your front door.
  • Products with multiple parts will require do-it-yourself assembly.
  • Our delivery team will inspect the factory packaging to insure there is no outside damage prior to loading on the delivery truck.
  • A two hour window is provided one day before delivery. At the time of delivery an authorized signature is required

 

 

What’s Not Included in smartDROP Shipping:

  • Placement in specific rooms of your home, condo, or apartment
  • Pre-delivery inspection
  • Unpacking or unwrapping product
  • Removal of packing materials

We guarantee your new mattress will be delivered within a designated 2-hour delivery window by our courteous and professionally trained delivery team. We understand how valuable your time is, which is why we deliver in our normal delivery zone seven days a week.

Here’s why: With our premium White Glove Delivery Service your new mattress and furniture will be transported to your home in our own trucks and set up by professionals who are experienced employees of BedMart and not a third-party service. Best of all, we’re fast and we take care of every detail, eliminating the heavy lifting for you.

 

What to Expect on Delivery Day

 

  • At the time of your purchase, select your preferred delivery day. For online orders, you will receive a confirmation email or a phone call from our customer care team to coordinate your delivery.
  • On the morning of your delivery you will receive a phone call from your delivery team with a 2-hour delivery window.
  • On your delivery day, you can enter your order number or telephone number in our Delivery Tracker to locate where your order is in real time.
  • Two BedMart delivery professionals will deliver and place your mattress, foundation, adjustable base, and/or furniture in your room of choice and fully assemble.
  • Items are unwrapped, inspected, and all packaging materials are recycled.
  • Should you choose our Mattress Recycling Service we will remove your old mattress and boxspring.

 

 

How to Prepare for Your Delivery

  • Arrange for a responsible adult age 18+ to be home for delivery.
  • For high rise condos and apartments that have rules regulating delivery, be sure to arrange to reserve an elevator appointment in advance, as required by your building.
  • We can only deliver if you have a safe path to the room you want your new item. Please be sure to remove obstacles for free access.
  • We love your pets and want them safe. We request you secure your furry friends so they don’t get underfoot during the delivery.
  • Inspect your products before the delivery team leaves.

 

 

 

Where We Deliver

Our White Glove Delivery Service is used for items requiring in-home delivery, and is available in Oregon, SW Washington, and Hawaii. Use our Store Locator to find an BedMart store near you. Standard Shipping orders can be delivered to all 50 states. We use the size and weight of your online purchase to help us determine the most efficient delivery method.

 

Standard Shipping

We ship smaller, lighter items via courier or mail (e.g. UPS, Fedex, or USPS). You’ll receive notification as soon as the order ships. Items may require assembly. Available shipping options will be noted in the shopping cart. If shipping is available for an order, the order is expected to be picked up by the delivery carrier and delivered during business days. Business days do not include weekends. Delivery may be delayed by factors such as changes in inventory, delivery capacity, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, and inclement weather.

 

Free Tempur-Pedic Nationwide Delivery

We offer Free Nationwide White Glove In-Home Delivery on all Tempur-Pedic mattress + foundation and mattress + power base orders. Delivery time varies depending on location but averages 1-2 weeks.

Mattress Recycling Service

BedMart can assist with mattress removal during the delivery of your new BedMart Mattress, provided that there are no signs of infestation or heavy soiling, and the mattress does not contain a water or air bladder of any sort.

Our recycling service costs:

  • Mattress and boxspring recycling is $30 per piece
  • Adjustable base recycling is $129 per piece.

Warehouse Pick-up

Don’t want to wait for delivery? All items are available for pick up free of charge from any of our distribution centers during will call hours. Online orders will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pick-up. Please be sure to bring your receipt and a photo ID when you pick up your order.

Our main distribution center is located in Wilsonville Oregon. Available hours for pick up 7 days a week between 9am – 6pm.

Additional pickup locations are available at our warehouses in Central Oregon, Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island. Will call hours vary by warehouse.

In-store Pick-up/ ship to store

Due to showroom size limitations and variations in stock, some items may not be immediately available at your local store and will require shipping from our warehouse. These items are generally available for pickup within 5-7 days from placing your order. For your convenience, you will receive a phone call when all items are available for pick up.
