Great experience! I recently purchased a new mattress and while I hope it lasts for many years, I will absolutely return to BedMart if I need another bed. Hugo was professional and patiently answered my questions. I was confident with my choice, but after about a week I decided my new mattress was a little too firm. I returned today and received the same great customer service. Hugo and his colleague were kind and even tried clear the snow and ice by my car while I paid.
