I'm not the type of person that enjoys shopping and I've been putting off buying a bed for months. I randomly passed the Bed Mart on Glisan. I was in and out in 30 minutes and got the exact bed that I wanted for a really great price with easy financing. Tamera was kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with. My family and I were displaced by the recent Oregon winter storms when a tree fell through our home into my son’s bedroom. We needed to replace his bed and went into the BedMart in the Pearl District where we met Steve, a longtime BedMart employee. Steve was very helpful and made everything so easy for us during a stressful time. He was kind, thorough, and gave us a great deal. Would highly recommend this location.

My experience in the store was not even an experience where I purchased anything. However, I am leaving this review because the customer service and guidance I received in finding the right pillow for me was second to none. I’m on a tight budget right now and I really wanted to try the pillow I’ve been dreaming of(no pun intended) and Tamra who is very kind and attentive helped me try the pillows out to make sure I knew what I was getting before I ordered them online. I made a mistake in measuring the dimensions of my bed frame, and consequently ordered a supporting framework that brought the mattress up too high, exchange for a lower support was effected in a few days. Perfect experience today! We were assessed for our potential good matches for beds, shown a variety of beds to evaluate. There was no pressure sales going on (which I absolutely hate - makes me want to turn and run out of the store) and the pros and cons of each mattress was explained plainly.
