Michael was great! He walked us through all the different Tempur-Pedic models and the features. He took his time and really made us feel comfortable. I really appreciate that most of all. We bought the top of the line soft model king size with all the bells and whistles. Our first night of sleep on our new bed was different, compared to our firm in the box memory foam. It’s definitely needs to be broken in but we can already tell the difference. Thank again Michael for your time!

Michael was extremely helpful with helping us choose a mattress. He was very thorough in explaining each type, as well as allowing us to do the "firmness" test to see what best fits our needs. Very knowledgeable person. Also can't beat the fact that Bed Mart will pay for sales tax if you live on the Washington side!

The new store location is very clean, nice, and inviting! Michael, the sales person, was attentive, but was very respectful of my wife and my space and time (he wasn't a hover sales person). I didn't feel pressured and was treated with respect. I'm glad I bought from BedMart. Highly recommended.

We didn’t know anything about buying a bed and Michael at the Jantzen Beach store helped us and made it super easy. He was really nice and didn’t pressure us to buy. We are so excited for our new Temperpedic bed! Thanks Michael!

We want to start by noting that our salesman Tim was absolutely fantastic. Bedmart was the third mattress store we went to, and thanks to Tim and the great values at Bedmart, we didn’t need to shop any further. We found a mattress we loved at a price we could afford. Tim listened to what we were looking for and found the perfect mattress for us without any attempts to make a more expensive sale. My other half and I were looking for a bed as we felt it was time. Our old bed is a college dorm style box spring with no support, it is also a twin which is not ideal for two people and a service pup whom of course is king of the bed. We went to several places to look around, but ultimately we found a bed that worked for us. The Storage Bed has adequate space, which is crucial for a tiny studio. The mattress, the Escape 500 was great, it was soft and comfy but also offered great support. My... boyfriend and I both felt that it would help our backs and joints by offering more support than our old bed, the couch, and many of the other mattresses we have tried. The pillow, The Microfiber Pillow, was comfy and felt very roomy while also offering neck support. In other words, I felt like it cradled my head and neck rather than being too firm and making it bend unnaturally or on the other hand sinking into the pillow. It was like Goldilocks lol, just right. The mattress cover, The Ultratech Matress Protector, is antimicrobial and will catch all of the loose furs and sweat which will help protect our warranty and keep our matress good longer. Michael who assisted us was pretty cool, he wasn't pushy like some of the people who were at some of the other furniture stores. He was informative and tauhhtbus some things about the products, and was very respectful. He also gave us time to try out the beds at our convenience and pace. Michael made us feel comfortable and not rushed like some of the other stores. All in all he was pretty chill and I actually felt like we were talking to someone who could've easily been a neighbor or someone we knew (We met at the store today), rather than just someone desperate to sale. We didn't feel any pressure and he even help score us a deal. He was also most importantly kind to us, as well as to my service pup. Even our pup felt welcome in this store. Bought our bed from Micheal. We were going to buy from another store but Micheal was so informed on the product we switched stores. We also liked that he did not just try to get us into financing right off the bat but found out what bed was right for us. The other store had my wife in the wrong mattress because they never asked us any questions. Would highly recommend this store over others and ask for Micheal!!!

Michael and Tim are great salesmen, they really know what they're talking about and really wanna find the right bed for you, not just the most expensive one. Though I still spent wayyyy more than I wanted, I take comfort knowing I got the perfect bed for myself. Their warranties and selection are the best in the area. I'm so excited to start sleeping on my new bed.

Zach was very helpful the whole process. Listened to everything we wanted in the mattress. He showed us many options that had everything that we were looking for. Gave us plenty of time to try everything out and talk about our options. Would definitely recommend them.

Tim was awesome! I had no clue what I wanted when I initially went to Bed Mart and he guided me towards an amazing mattress within my budget. He was very patient and I didn't feel any pressure to make a decision on my first visit there. Overall, I had a great experience and will love my new mattress!

Tim at this store has been absolutely wonderful! We bought our last bed from a box (worked well at first but developed a deep indent within 3 years). We went to several other stores, and we always felt like we were being pushed to something that was best for their commission. The smart match system measured our weight distribution and gave us the right mattress by science - not the best for commissions. This has been a great experience and I highly recommend that everyone stops by BedMart... before they purchase their next mattress. You won’t regret it.read more

Tim sold us the second most expensive bed in store!Either he knows his product very well, or he's an ex-used car salesman or we're suckers! We had a sleep by number for 20 twenty years! Love it still! But tried the temperpedic and love it! 30 day free trial! We took it! Delivery in 2 days!

Tim was awesome! He asked about sleep habits, problems, wants and needs. He then recommended a bed but insisted I lay down on at least two other mattresses to compare. They were all comfortable but his number one choice was definitely the best fit. And it was on sale! And free delivery! It was a superior experience!!

This is a nice location, I’ve visited several bedmates in search of the perfect bed! I have encountered their stellar employee Leah at multiple. What can I say? Sales is innate in her, she is so friendly and patient and adds a sense of understanding because we’re both young to her pitches. Will be purchasing WITH LEAH very soon!

As we walked into the store we were hoping we wouldn't get a cheesy salesperson, like every other mattress and furniture store. Rather, we got a very nice guy, Tom Thornburg, who gave us pertinent information about beds we actually wanted to see. He never tried to up-sell us anything and he even kept his distance when we were trying mattresses. Awesome person to buy from.

OK service. you expect mattress salesmen to be mattress salesmen. the best warrantees i have ever had with beds. my bed failed twice and twice it was replaced. i like it when a company stands behind there products.
