This was our second mattress purchase from BedMart and the experience was top notch. We had our first tempurpedic mattress for about 17 years and finally decided it was time to invest in a new one. We went today to just mattress shop before Labor day weekend. We couldn’t finance just yet since we are also at the end of us purchasing a home. Robert helped us not only find an affordable king size mattress that was cool and soft but let us put a bit down to hold it and have it as a will call for when we’re ready to get the mattress after we finally move and we would be able to finance the remainder of our balance if need be. Brian did a great job explaining to us the qualities and differences of the Temperpedic brand along with showing us two other brands. We bought the Temperpedic ProAdapt an am looking forward to a great nights sleep. Delivery was made the next morning by two workers who did a great job too. They hauled away our 15 year old Temperpedic and cleaned up the packing materials. Very professional. Highly recommend BedMart!

Our salesperson was Brian Newman. I may be a bit biased since I’ve known him since I was a little girl but biased aside I am so impressed with his “bedside manner” (nurse joke haha). He is attentive (even when 3 parties of a total of 11 people) walk in at the same time, manages multiple priorities at once and even though he is hopping from person to person he made everyone feel that they were the center of attention. He listens to what you are looking for and finds you the right fit for your... individual body, budget, and comfort level. We had a great experience with Brian at BedMart! We went to one other store first and had intended to go to at least one more after here. Brian was so helpful and the product line at BedMart was so great that we didn’t feel like we needed to look any further. First, I didn’t realize these guys are a long-time local company. No offense guys, but the name doesn’t scream local. Ha! Second, we didn’t realize they carried Parklane; we thought that brand was gone forever. Brian asked us some... background questions about what we were looking for and what we were currently experiencing. Then, get this, he has us do this 3D simulator thing to match our bodies and preferences to the right kind of mattress. That alone is enough reason to go! It’s like a ride! Not really, but pretty cool anyway. Brian showed us a model and gave us space to check it out. A few minutes later he came back, asked what we thought, then showed us another. After we had things down to three contenders, he gave us even more space to just lay around and compare them. I’m pretty sure my wife almost fell asleep. They had great prices and a really good return/exchange policy. BedMart also has a great financing option if you need (let’s be real, a good mattress cost some money). We were fortunate enough that the model we chose was in stock and we were able to get on the delivery schedule for the NEXT DAY. Dudes called this morning, told us our delivery window, and got here right near the start of that window. They were really nice and professional and were out with our old mattress and in with the new one in about 20 minutes. Part of the reason we liked Parklane back in the day was because of their recycling program. BedMart does that too, so you know your mattress isn’t going straight to the landfill to sit for eternity. I rarely give five stars. I mean, there is always room for improvement, right? Not this time, kids.read more
