Spent the day walking through Mattress Stores, I was quite unsure of myself and had no idea where to start. This BedMart did me right, I felt like a valued customer. Dave was and will be my Mattress guru. unlike the other places I visited, he engaged me, asked questions, gave me info about beds and what sets them apart from each other. very friendly service. I didn't think I was going to find my bed today, but Dave clear up the rest of my day and next couple of weeks, as I said I was planning... on visiting more stores to get an understanding of what I wanted before I chose. other stores engaged me for a few mins showed me 1 or 2 beds and went back to their desk. It seemed as if they only wanted to sale me on want they wanted me to go home with and gave up when I didn't care for them. nor did they give me much info about beds. if you want a good Experience, I say give Dave a try.read more

My college age grand daughter just came to stay with me and we wanted to go look for a new bed for her. I had purchased from the Tanasborne Bed Mart store a few years ago, so we went there to see what we could find. We decided on a super single memory foam mattress. because of the coronavirus our original delivery date had to be rescheduled. The store called to let us know of the delay. We actually got it a bit sooner than our new scheduled time, Our salesman Brian was very helpful... throughout the time from us choosing the bed up to the delivery date. I recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bed. My granddaughter assures me the new bed is very comfortable. We are happy with our purchase.read more

We came in just to look at beds and left with the hopes of best sleep in our lives! Dallas is the man! Very knowledgeable about bed and sleep. He got us the best deal and made sure to answer any lingering questions! Would buy a bed from him again.

Great experience buying a mattress. Dave spent a lot of time working with us to find the perfect mattress. He showed us a lot of different options and explained all of the features well. We never felt rushed or pressured to pick one mattress over another. When we did purchase a mattress the delivery process was easy. The delivery team arrived right on time and were very polite.

Dave Whitman was very sweet and pretty patient with all of my questions. I had been looking at a certain mattress at a few other stores and he had me try their mattress tester and it chose the same bed I had been looking at at other places. I knew that it was the right purchase. He also gave me a much better deal on the mattress than any of the other stores were offering. Highly reccomend!

This was a great experience all around. We never felt like extras or pointless packages were being pushed. Dave was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. He listened to our needs and presented us with a range of products that made sense. He even grabbed some toys for our toddler to keep him busy while we shopped. Cost was always clear and Dave did a great job explaining the features included in each product and how they matched our preferences.Personally, I really don't like talking... to salespeople. The thought of it gives me some anxiety and I practice saying "no thank you" before I engage. Dave is just a genuine guy who knows a lot about mattresses. I never got the pushy salesman vibe from him.The bed was delivered the next day and communication was perfect. We received calls from the driver and never once felt like we were waiting around or in the dark. My wife and I (and our son who sneaks into bed with us at 2am) are all excited about the new mattress.There honestly isn't a single thing that could have been done better. No question was unanswered! Decided it was time for a new mattress and chose to go to BedMart on Cornell Rd. I was greeted at the front door by Dallas Ward, after a brief conversation of what I was looking for, we were off to find the perfect mattress. A few mattresses were tried and settled on the Sealy Hi-Bred with the cooling gel. The mattress will take care of most of my medical and physical issues and give me a good night sleep.Mr.Ward was very professional and so knowledgeable about what I was looking for in a... mattress.I would recommend BedMart on Cornell Rd and great customer service from Dallas Ward. 5 stars for sure🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟read more

I went into the store to look at pricing of new beds for myself and my son. I had been to other bed stores to do the same. Dave was extremely helpful, did not waste my time with trying to up-sell me. I save quite a bit of money over other stores I had shopped. Very, very happy with the experience.

I was actually set on a Parklane because they're made in Portland, but I went here to compare. The salesperson, Dallas, was a really nice guy, very helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He paid attention when I said I was in a hurry, listened closely to my preferences, and quickly showed me a few spot-on options. I went back again the next day and eventually settled on the second one he'd originally shown me, a NW Bedding mattress set made in Spokane (the Mt Hood model). I liked it even better... than the Parklane I'd looked at previously, and it was considerably cheaper. Very happy with the purchase. It has a 10 year warranty, so I don't know that I'll have the occasion to do business there again for a long time, but I will definitely shop there again if I'm in the market.read more

I got two bedroom sets from this store. The price is reasonable and the quality is good. After 4 years, the night stands from this store are the only ones that don't have scratch, in contrast to those I got from Coscto and Bob's. I bought two extra firm mattresses locally made in Washington State and the quality is super! My parents can never sleep on mattresses due to back problem but they love this mattress. Highly recommend this place!

Bought a mattress here last January and had an issue with it, called up this morning asking if it was still under warranty. Bill took good care of me made sure that everything was lined up so that I could go swap it out at my convenience. These guys are awesome. Low pressure salesroom, great customer service. What's not to love?

The customer service was great, even though they didn't have all the items in the store when we purchased our mattress. They called around and made sure we would get them when the bed was being delivered. I highly recommend buying a mattress from this location.

Sam and Dave were absolutely amazing. They were so patient and joked around a lot with us. We got an incredible deal on a floor model set. Highly recommend them. Especially after a horrible experience at Sleep Number. Save your time and money and go straight to BedMart.

We were looking for a King size mattress at a good price. Went tried Sleep Country a few blocks East of this BedMart and felt like we were at car lot, being pushed and pulled around by the sales rep (didn't get to look at what we wanted, just were drug along and not really allowed to voice what we were looking for, period). When we went to Bedmart, right next to Walmart off Cornell, we were greeted by Bill. Good guy. He let us ask questions, gave good concise feedback, didn't drag us... through the whole store looking at all the bells and whistles type mattresses. He gave us time to think-- without breathing down our necks. We found the best deal at Bedmart and had the best experience buying a mattress, too.
