This is the first time buying from BedMart and I am very impressed by the service from Edward Nalley. He helped us buy the right mattress for our needs. We decided to go with a Sealy, but it was too soft and wanted a firmer one to support my back. Edward knew I didn't want a Tempur-Pedic because our original felt too soft and made me feel hot. Unfortunately, we had to return our Sealy mattress, it was too soft for me. Edward and his manager helped us get the best deal for our return, so we... bought the "firm" Tempur-Pedic that keeps me cool. Just because it is labeled as "firm" does not mean it doesn't have give, it does. I am sleeping really well and LOVE my new Tempur-Pedic mattress and well worth the money we spend on it. Haven't slept on my new Serta yet, but SO excited about it coming Tuesday. I will say that I have Never met such a kind and accommodating salesman as Steven. Wow. He's great and BedMart should retain him at all costs. Ed was great too - all in all this was a low/no pressure sale that was really enjoyable, which was was not at all what I was expecting. Good experience! I felt safe going in during covid times and the salesman was extremely helpful and open to questions and working within my price point. And receiving the delivery was seamless. They wore masks and shoe coverings inside my house without me having to ask. The mattress is amazing! I am sleeping so well now!
