we came in today to try out some mattresses. richard made it so smooth & easy!! he was able to walk us through the best mattresses for us and we found our perfect mattress! he was super accommodating with delivery date as well! we couldn’t recommend coming in to see Richard more! thanks richard, you da best!

I’ve purchased at least three mattresses over the years and have worked with plenty of nice sales associates, but Richard was by far the best.
In the past, I would simply lie on a few mattresses for a minute or two and choose whichever felt the most comfortable. Richard completely changed the way I approached the process. He encouraged me to spend more time on each mattress and explained what I should actually be paying attention to—things like pressure points, spinal alignment, and how the mattress should feel after you've been on it for a while.
Honestly, I probably would have walked out with a completely different mattress thinking I had made the right choice. After everything he taught me, it's clear I would have chosen the wrong one if he hadn't taken the time to educate me instead of just making a sale.
I've been dealing with back issues, and I've found myself telling everyone I've talked to how amazing Richard was. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable, he's personable, funny, and made what could have been an overwhelming experience genuinely enjoyable.
If you're shopping for a mattress, do yourself a favor and ask for Richard! And don't be surprised if you happen to see me there popping in just to say hi. That's how much I enjoyed working with him!
