Bought a tempeurpedic from bedmart 8 years ago. It was sagging so we went in to buy a newer/cooler one, and bedmart was great in letting us know there’s a 10 yr manufacturers warranty. They went out of their way, even though it didn’t benefit them, to look up our old receipt and help us file the warranty claim. Now we have an upgraded cooler version for just the upgrade fee. Tony was very helpful and with his guidance I found a mattress and pillows I'm very happy with! Delivery was quick and easy. My only point of critique is that at time of purchase I started to leave instructions about the best way to access my building, as I don't live in a place with great parking. I was told I'd get a call 5 minutes before the delivery people arrived, so I could tell them directly. Instead I got a call when they were already in my lobby.That was a very small part of the... overall experience, though. On the whole, I highly recommend this place and appreciate that the whole process was so free of headaches.read more

I am SUPER late to the game in writing this review, I'm sorry David! I came to his store in complete exhaustion and exasperation after moving with my 2 kids downtown and having no bed to sleep on with them. The next day I went to bedmart and David not only helped me through financing and helped me to get the best deals I could on bed, frame, sheets AND pillows. But, most of all, he was so kind and helpful to me and my 2 kids who were going through a really hard transitional time. I couldn't be... more grateful. So much so that even 5 months later I'm coming back to write this review! (Again, my apologies David! You're the best!)Lastly, not only was his service above and beyond, he continued to help me even a couple months later with a return and buying a mattress topper and literally bent over backwards to make it happen when it mattered so much to me and my family. It was apparent, immediately, that David really cares about the customer being happy with their choice of bed. He was very honest about his opinion without being a hard sales person (which is a big turn off). If you’re looking for a bed, you really should go see David at the NE broadway store.

David taught us a ton about what sets mattresses apart. We explained that we’d just purchased one from a competitor and weren’t happy at all. He still spent a lot of time with us knowing we had to resolve the issue with them and would have a hefty restocking fee if we became his customers. He even offered to let us do the technology system that recommended the right beds for our sleeping patterns and then let us try each bed out. Not only was the physical environment much more inviting, but the sales guy, David, with the mismatched socks, quite fabulous in working out my friends wants/needs.
