My Temperpedic is probably 20 years old so time for a new and bigger model. Staff Tim and Michael are impressively knowledgeable, kind, and patient. No pressure sales. Totally recommend this store!

Did you know that Bed Mart is the oldest PNW mattress company? I didn't either but my new friend Tim taught me that interesting fact. We also experienced excellent customer service from Tim Nolan who had over 20 years experience in selling mattress. He knew right away that we knew what we wanted and was able to answer all our questions without having to run to a computer to look up info. Tim was super helpful and sold us a new mattress and pillow. They have white glove delivery and we are able... to have our mattress delivered the next day, a Sunday. Thank you Timread more

I recently purchased a mattress, adjustable wireless frame and accessories at the Jantzen Beach location. Tim’s expertise made it an easy choice. Tim answered every question I had spent time explaining what type of mattress may be best for my body type and sleep position. I would recommend, if you are considering a mattress purchase, call Tim.Delivery was the next day by Bed Mart employees Brandon and Wyatt. I cannot say enough good things about the two of them. Awesome service from multiple employees! First worked with Tim who saved me money I wasn’t even aware of. I went back in the next day with some confusion on the bill. Very positive experience.Upon entering store, I was greeted by Tim Dolan. I explained what I was looking for, and he showed me the beds that met my criteria. He explained the various features and did a great job of comparing the beds. Tim wasn't pushy, nor did he try to close the sale immediately, as I wasn't done shopping.When I returned, the sale was quick and efficient. Delivery was set up and I didn't have to wait very long.
