Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Go see or call Michael Fernandez at the BedMart location at Jantzen Beach, OR.The story:After going to Mattress Firm in Vancouver, WA and getting hounded by their saleslady the entire time we were shopping, an equivalent feeling as stepping into a sleazy used car dealership, I went to the Nectar website to order directly. After 10 days, and a mattress that still didn't have a ship date, I started calling around town for a better experience.... BedMart had what I wanted in stock, and delivered it for free the next day. They even paid the taxes that I would have accrued due to living in Washington. Unlike Mattress Firm, they also aren't charging a 20% restocking fee if I decide that I just don't like the mattress. They'll come by and pick it up for free for 365 days.Super friendly salesman, friendly delivery people. The delivery guys even carried it upstairs for me and unpackaged the mattress to make sure it all looked good. Again, call Michael at BedMart if you want the best deal and the best service. 😊read more

MichealFernandez is a great asset to bedmart. He sold me my tempur-pedicure mattress and electric base. Very knowledgeable. Recently my electric base stopped working and he helped me with getting a tech to call me and walk my through to get it working again. I explained that my husband needs to have his feet elevated do to swelling and he took time to find a tech to to that. What a great person so happy that he was there to help me. Thanks again.

Me and by partner went to every bed store in the jantzen beach area and we are so happy we ended up at BedMArt. Tim was very friendly, funny and so incredibly knowledgeable about everything in the store. He answered all of our questions and made us confident in our final purchases. My partner got one of the Coppersmart mattresses. The quality and feel of the mattress I feel are similar to tempurpedic but the price was much more affordable. I loved the mattress so much I decided I wanted the... same one for my place but they did not have it in stock at the time, I kept checking and I am so happy that Tim helped us again and somehow I was able to get the same mattress as an exchange from my original purchase. In comparison to the other stores we went to, BedMart and Tim went above and beyond our expectations. Please support this locally owned family business, it is one of the best places you can go to buy a great quality mattress and have great experience when making such a big decision. We were greeted very cordially by Tim. He was very pleasant and made us feel comfortable as we searched for just the right mattress for us. Tim shared his knowledge as we examined our choices. I'm sure we looked at everything in the store! I would definitely recommend BedMart and Tim to my friends. My compliments, also, to the delivery crew. They were on time, and attentive to cleanliness and the caution taken regarding the Covid. They are a good crew, indeed!

We went 2 other mattress places and this one was the best because of Customer Service Tim provided to us.Wasn’t planning to spend 6k but it will last for long time and Tim explained to us all important things need to be in good mattres.And my husband back use to hurt always ,so Tim advice us great choice for right mattress and best pillows ever.Tim was amazing.

After waiting two weeks for delivery of a mattress that we had ordered from a different home furnishing store, we were told by that store that no delivery for us was even scheduled yet! We had disposed of our old mattress when we got the incorrect delivery information and had been sleeping on an air mattress and were miserable!! We decided to cancel that order and find another mattress, one we could take home with us immediately. We would buy from whoever could meet that criteria.We decided to... start with BedMart because they are a local, family-owned business. Michael greeted us as we entered, asking if we were looking for anything in particular, to which we responded "we want to walk out of here with a nice queen mattress that we can take with us today". He grimaced, stating that he had only one queen mattress in the store that met that criteria. It was the floor model of a mattress that they just received the new batch of. Being a "high end" brand, we would not normally have considered it, but we were desperate and we tested it out. It is a wonderful mattress, very comfortable and we could load it up and drive away with it!! Being last year's model, we got it for about half the normal cost and we left that day feeling ecstatic!! We shopped at three stores before we found BedMart at Jantzen Beach. The first store we stopped at had no air conditioning. It was a hot day and it was miserable to be hopping off and on mattresses in a building with no air conditioning. The second store we stopped at provided ZERO education. They handed us an ipad and told us to try some beds out. The third place we stopped, we were approached by a nice enough guy who asked us how we were. We responded and asked him how he was doing. ... His answer was, "Pretty good since I stopped drinking on the job." I have no idea what that meant. Was he serious? I don't know but it was completely inappropriate and awkward. Finally, we stopped at BedMart and met Michael! He was awesome! He spent time with us, he educated us and he was a complete professional. We made our purchase and he very clearly explained the sleep guarantee. We did end up making an exchange. On that exchange, I dealt with Michael again. There were no surprises. He had been completely clear the first time and he was clear this time as well. He made the process painless and I'm excited to get our new mattress!read more

I can only review the purchase process as our bed set has not been delivered yet. My wife and I were looking for an adjustable bed frame, and when we showed up, and Michael was the salesperson who assisted us. We indicated what we were looking for as well as the price range and we felt zero pressure to go outside that range. It was clear that Michael had a great grasp of the products, but it never felt overwheling. We ended up being very satisfied with our options, as well as the in house... delivery and set up, and the Washington sales tax being covered, so we purchased. It was a good overall experience, and good customer service made this far more pleasurable than I expected.read more

Michael was great! He walked us through all the different Tempur-Pedic models and the features. He took his time and really made us feel comfortable. I really appreciate that most of all. We bought the top of the line soft model king size with all the bells and whistles. Our first night of sleep on our new bed was different, compared to our firm in the box memory foam. It’s definitely needs to be broken in but we can already tell the difference. Thank again Michael for your time!

We want to start by noting that our salesman Tim was absolutely fantastic. My other half and I were looking for a bed as we felt it was time. Our old bed is a college dorm style box spring with no support, it is also a twin which is not ideal for two people and a service pup whom of course is king of the bed. We went to several places to look around, but ultimately we found a bed that worked for us. The Storage Bed has adequate space, which is crucial for a tiny studio. The mattress, the Escape 500 was great, it was soft and comfy but also offered great support. My... boyfriend and I both felt that it would help our backs and joints by offering more support than our old bed, the couch, and many of the other mattresses we have tried. The pillow, The Microfiber Pillow, was comfy and felt very roomy while also offering neck support. In other words, I felt like it cradled my head and neck rather than being too firm and making it bend unnaturally or on the other hand sinking into the pillow. It was like Goldilocks lol, just right. The mattress cover, The Ultratech Matress Protector, is antimicrobial and will catch all of the loose furs and sweat which will help protect our warranty and keep our matress good longer. Michael who assisted us was pretty cool, he wasn't pushy like some of the people who were at some of the other furniture stores. He was informative and tauhhtbus some things about the products, and was very respectful. He also gave us time to try out the beds at our convenience and pace. Michael made us feel comfortable and not rushed like some of the other stores. All in all he was pretty chill and I actually felt like we were talking to someone who could've easily been a neighbor or someone we knew (We met at the store today), rather than just someone desperate to sale. We didn't feel any pressure and he even help score us a deal. He was also most importantly kind to us, as well as to my service pup. Even our pup felt welcome in this store. I'd say it was a great experience and would definately recommend this place.read more

Bought our bed from Micheal. We were going to buy from another store but Micheal was so informed on the product we switched stores. We also liked that he did not just try to get us into financing right off the bat but found out what bed was right for us. The other store had my wife in the wrong mattress because they never asked us any questions. Would highly recommend this store over others and ask for Micheal!!!

Michael and Tim are great salesmen, they really know what they're talking about and really wanna find the right bed for you, not just the most expensive one. Though I still spent wayyyy more than I wanted, I take comfort knowing I got the perfect bed for myself. Their warranties and selection are the best in the area. I'm so excited to start sleeping on my new bed.

Tim sold us the second most expensive bed in store!Either he knows his product very well, or he's an ex-used car salesman or we're suckers! We had a sleep by number for 20 twenty years! Love it still! But tried the temperpedic and love it! 30 day free trial! We took it! Delivery in 2 days!

Tim was awesome! He asked about sleep habits, problems, wants and needs. He then recommended a bed but insisted I lay down on at least two other mattresses to compare. They were all comfortable but his number one choice was definitely the best fit. And it was on sale! And free delivery! It was a superior experience!!

As we walked into the store we were hoping we wouldn't get a cheesy salesperson, like every other mattress and furniture store. Rather, we got a very nice guy, Tom Thornburg, who gave us pertinent information about beds we actually wanted to see. He never tried to up-sell us anything and he even kept his distance when we were trying mattresses. Awesome person to buy from.
