We bought a Tempur-Pedic mattress twenty one years ago from Bed Mart. They were very easy to work with and they took care us. So we went back to them to buy a new adjustable frame andTemp-Pedic mattress. We purchased a split king. Keith took care of us. The white glove service was outstanding. My spouse and I recently bought a new mattress from BedMart, our first new mattress in far too long. We just stopped in to see what our options might be, but Keith patiently walked us around the store and showed us the mattresses that fit within our budget and style. He was so patient and seemed to genuinely care that we left with something we’d be glad to sleep on for a long time. After an hour of testing things out, we left with brand new pillows and sheets. I purchased a Tempur-Pedic king mattress and dual adjustable bed frames at the NE Airport Way store with the assistance of Expert Sleep Consultant, Jeremy Kirk early Oct 2023. Jeremy was welcoming upon my entering the store, spent much time explaining the different types of mattresses, pros and cons, pricing, etc. Though I wanted a Tempur-Pedic the price was off-putting. Jeremy showed me a very affordable Tempur-Pedic and informed me of Bedmart’s financing plan. That was all I needed to... seal the deal. The mattress and bed frames were delivered 4 days later and the delivery staff were courteous, professional, and kept me well informed of their arrival time.
