BedMart | Pearl City

Jamil at the Kuala location was exceptional at his job. Me and husband recently moved to Hawaii and were trying to find a great quality bed that can last us for a while. Jamil did a fantastic job. He started by having us in a simulator that tailored to our bed needs (ex. side sleeper, pain in lower back, etc.). He then took us through all the different beds that both fit our needs. Not only that but he even gave us the run down on which pillows we should get too. He was very knowledgeable and is a great asset to the store. He is also a great person to recommend places for newcomers. Thank you again Jamil for welcoming us and giving us great advice on what bed we should get for our future home. Bedmart you hired a good one 🙂

Jamil is super elite, he literally broke down every mattress in the store for my wife and I and while I know it’s his job to be attentive and answer questions he made the experience very personal and educational. You simply can’t find that much nowadays! We spent 2 hours in store with him, we even got some new restaurant choices to try out seeing how we’re new to Hawaii. 5 Star customer service and attitude!!

I just wanted to share my great experience at Bedmart Pearl City. All I intended to do was to look around, but one cool uncle named Darby Collado helped me and my friend pick the right bed for me. He had great service and helped me understand the true meaning of having a good sleep with the right bed. 10/10 would recommend 🤙🏽
