Trevor absolutely ruined bed shopping for me.He shows me the 'best' bed in the mart and then every other mattress couldn't measure up.Don't clone him, I can't afford other shopping experiences ruined like this.Thanks for the quick and easy shopping experience.-------Came back to get a couch and Shawn was super helpful and able to get me what I need and honoring a previous sale!Was fun to chat with him while getting everything set up to be delivered.

We went in Bed Mart out of curiosity because we were intending to order a mattress online. Shawn Young, the salesman at the store was so very knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect. They have this wonderful computerized system that when you lay in these particular mattresses it shows your body and you can feel it moving and it tells you to turn to your normal sleeping position and then back and gives a report to Shawn that tells what levels, individually the couple needs and gives... suggestions for the beds that would best fit you. My husband and I are very excited to get our new mattress. Shawns knowledge really helped us along with the system they have. I would highly recommend BedMart here in Madras.read more

Extremely helpful staff, but not pushy. We just bought a very comfortable mattress and return today to buy a sofa and recliner. I recommend bedmart in Madras. We live about 10 miles from Antelope and they offer free delivery for our Matress and now the same for our furniture. We will definitely return in the future.

Went to BedMart in Madras. We bought a new bed and found Mariah (hope I spelled her name correctly) to be very knowledgeable about the products but very friendly to work with. She had a great sense of humor as well. Is good buying experience.

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience shopping at bedmart thanks to Mariah. She was PHENOMENAL! She educated us, answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease with her welcoming personality. I’m typically extremely shy and can easily feel uncomfortable but she made me so comfortable and on top of that she gave us an exceptional deal! I would highly recommend bedmart in Madras. If you are considering purchasing a new mattress just go check them out. You won’t regret it.... Mariah will give you the best deal possible and you will find the right bed for you and your spouse. Bedmart doesn’t charge you a bunch of hidden fees like mattress firm will and they also have mattresses available for you now rather than waiting months like you would at mattress firm. Family businesses are always so much better. Give your local business support, it’s well worth it!!read more

I’ve had two experience’s with Bed Mart at this location in Madras Oregon. Both time have been exceptional. The sales person both times was Mariah Rodriguez. She is very knowledgeable of all their products. It was a great experience, she went out of her way to help me figure out and purchase just the right bed. They have a great selection. They also have living room and bedroom furniture.

I had the best experience I have EVER had at a mattress store. I got to meet Mariah Rodriguez and Donovan Dahl, whom both helped me TREMENDOUSLY. They are both extremely knowledgeable and helpful and know their mattresses. If one wasn't able to answer a question, the other would help. They function as a team and work very well together and it's obvious they enjoy helping people and have a fun time with it. I have been in numerous mattress stores and never have I felt so comfortable and... welcomed and the fact that they wanted to answer all of my questions and help me find the perfect mattress.
