As soon as we walked in Bradda Dean Josue was spot on when it came to reading our body language and listening to our concerns. He directed us to a good line up of beds to test out. Down to earth bradda. New a lot about the products even gave us amount they held in stock per beds(in our line up). Great customer service!!! We walked into Bed Mart and was immediately greeted by Josh. He made it easy and comfortable for us to try out several different mattresses and pillows. He explained throughly the difference between price points, materials and features of each bed model in the showroom. By the time we left, we not only purchased a new bed, but also an entire bedroom set including platform bed frame and headboard, dresser, and end tables. Josh communicated with us every step of the way: from delivery... schedule, to assembly and with a follow up call the next day. If you live in Hawaii,do not let yourself get talked into buying mattress pad. Having record heat & humidity,it only makes one sweat more than we already are,having the plastic sheeting. I regret that purchase, since the 100 pad is sitting in closet. Love the bed

The selection in the store is excellent, and Joshua Barfield was very helpful to us in choosing a mattress set without overselling or being pushy at all. There was a slight glitch in the delivery process, and the company went above and beyond to make it right for us. This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned, my neck and back thank me every morning, and the price was 1/3 less than a comparable set at the local branch of a national mattress chain.

Waking to the loss of my mobility, after a failed surgery, I needed a remote bed. My Inhome caregiver, took me by wheelchair, to my first outing. MY choice visit was to the new Bedmart in Puhi. After seeing the twin hospitol-style bed oferred by insurance, I was adamant on finding the Heavenly bed. If I was going to live in bed, at age 57, I was going to own the most comfortable bed made.1st. I found the mattress that felt like I was floating.2nd. It had to go into a remote frame w hand-held... controls vs a button on the frame.I explained to the manager what I needed and wanted and dreamed of... Barefoot, I rolled onto the first bed he pointed out and fell in love.Now, Insurance won't pay, so finance!Tom Tornburg, (not sure of spelling) said no problem. It took a few questions typing into his computer and I was approved. No money down, no interest...bed delivered and set up in 2 days. Darn fast! Now that's a great sales expert.I was shocked to hear they have a huge warehouse, here on Kauai, and their own delivery trucks and set up crew.Wow! I was expecting next month, ship fee, del fee...
