Paula was just the person for me. No run around, no salesperson gimmicks. She listened to me and my needs, remembered everything about me. I got her card and left store to sleep on my possible decisions. Next day I called and Paula answered and still remebered everything, I came in couple hours later and bought what I wanted thanks to her. Great customer service, I left feeling valued and heard. 5 star for sure
