Shopping for a mattress can be as uncomfortable as shopping for a car, but we had a great experience at Bedmart. We had a great salesman, Dave, who helped us figure out the type of mattress we were looking for, let us take our time testing all of the different varieties and did not pressure us into a sale we didn’t want. We ended up buying a mattress we are really excited about and at a good price. We would highly recommend shopping at Bedmart for your next mattress.

It wasn't on the TO DO list today but decided to stop in bed mart hilo and was greeted with aloha by Cris Leialoha. Purchasing a new home is one thing but finding the right mattress is another. Even though this purchase was mainly for our oldest daughter who is out to college we still wanted her to come home to a comfortable bed. Cris had shared alot of information on the bed we selected and appreciated the time he spent sharing it. Lets say due to great service you gained a customer and... not only did we walk out with a mattress, with the GREAT DEALS that is happening we walked out with every thing we needed. After going to a few different stores looking for a new bed my fiancé and I ended up at BedMart. As soon as we walked in we were met by Phillip Graham. Phillip was knowledgeable and such a pro, he didn't try and force anything on us. He helped us find a great bed, bed frame, and dual recliner for our new house. Not only did we get a great deal but we also gained a friend in Phillip. I would absolutely recommend BedMart to anyone who is searching for a new bed or furniture.

We quickly needed an adjustable bed for when my father-in-law came home from the hospital. We were literally in and out with a perfect bed and a perfect price in about 45 minutes. Graham was very helpful in getting it all handled. Delivery was smooth with expert set up. Highly recommend Bed Mart!

Just moved to Pahoa and needed a mattress quickly. In the age of COVID, "ship-to-order" is as good as never getting it. Gram hooked us up with a couple of mattresses he had IN HIS WAREHOUSE and we drove home with them. Did he hold us hostage? Nope! They were also decent bargains for what we took home. Wish I could leave 6 stars.

I had been dealing with back issues for a while & decided it was time to get a new mattress. This was my 1st time ever buying a mattress, so when I started shopping I was extremely discouraged by how expensive quality ones are (4k+!) I went to BedMart with low expectations. Immediately, my outlook changed. The store is beautiful, big & right away you can see the variety of inventory. When I told the sales associate Philip I was suffering from back problems, he recommended I do a sort of... “diagnostics” scan to determine which beds would best suit my needs. I answered a few questions on a machine & lied on a special bed which measured the pressure points in my back. Philip then began to show me the beds that were recommended from the scan. He was so professional & made the experience totally comfortable for me, taking all the anxiety & pressure out of the process. I was sold on the 3rd bed, a Serta, which turned out to be on sale & something I could confidently afford. We wrapped by coordinating delivery (which was FREE!) & disposal of my old mattress for only $30. This was exactly 1 week ago & today my new mattress is being delivered!read more

Graham made the difference! Needed a new bed after 14 years. Yes lol that’s a long time to have one bed but we couldn’t afford a new one. Did a lot of online research and then called and spoke to Graham at the Hilo store. Graham answered ALL of my many many questions. He was so easy to talk stories with on the phone that we came to his store to return the favor (so to speak). I called the other mattress store in Hilo, the girl was not very helpful & never returned my call. And we went there... (by mistake) and it was not very nice or clean. Which is totally OK, not being rude. Went to Bedmart and wow! Super nice store, nice beds, even had furniture, and was very clean especially during Covid. We bought a tempur pedic bed and then believe it or not a living room set (yep ours was also 14 years old lol). Graham spent like 2 1/2 hours with us, was even calm with our kids. Just had the most wonderful while shopping for furniture at this store. Thanks to caring and friendly employees we are now have two armchairs for our new business in Hilo, Honolulu Spa & Wellness. We visited the store for living room furniture and a new mattress. We meet Ging who is an excellent salesman. Very professional, never pushy, patient and KNOWLEDGEABLE. I originally went in looking for a bed for my daughter and Graham helped us out. He was very thorough with our options and his recommendations. As I was checking out, my mother found a pillow she liked, but it was sadly out of her price range. I came back a week later and Chris helped me out getting that exact pillow of her as a gift! Ging listened to our needs and presented many options to help us decide. The showroom was large and included a variety to choose from. Also, unlike another place, Bedmart had the right bed size in stock. Lastly, the 4th of July sale is extended to the end of the month - bonus! Went in just to “look” at other option and got helped my graham. He was great! He was friendly and took into consideration the price range we wanted to stay between. He showed us different beds and gave us great price estimates along the way. He truly made us feel like a big priority and even took into consideration our 5 year old son who constantly kept asking him questions. I highly recommend seeing him. You can tell he takes pride in his job and That alone made our experience amazing!

We walked in to the Hilo store and Graham approached us. We felt welcomed and he listened to what we needed and took us straight to see what was in our price range and showed us different options. Gave us an estimate of how much everything would be and we left to get my almost 13 yr old to have him try it out. No pressure he just told us if we had any questions we could call him anytime. Gave us his card. We came back 30 min later with my son he told Graham exactly what he wanted and Graham... again showed him what his options were. He was so patient and assured us we could get our 2 beds delivered clear to the other side of the island that it was no problem. He made our day!!! Keep the kids happy and the parents are happy. Great experience! I was in the store for maybe 15 minutes max, and was leaving with exactly what I was looking for. I had a good idea of what type of bed I was wanting, but still had a few questions. I was helped by Phillip almost immediately up walking through the door. I asked him a few questions, he had me try out a few mattresses, and I purchased that day. Just bought a couch from here yesterday. Graham helped us pick out the perfect one. He was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory. Store is very beautifully maintained, they have excellent selections, and prices are reasonable, plus we got free delivery. I went shopping around for sectional couches and ended up checking out Bedmart in Hilo. Ging showed us a nice reclining sectional couch. Ging was very professional and got us approved quickly. I went in to the Hilo BedMart on Thursday, February 13th with the intention of purchasing a Twin topper for my mother to use post cancer surgery. I also wanted to check out beds as I wanted to get one after we get moved in the next few months.I had the pleasure to greeted immediately by Phillip Graham. A true professional and I feel an asset to this store. He approached us and after hearing what we were looking for asked if he could just tell us about the sale that was going on. Proceeded... to let us know that there was no pressure to purchase.When I explained why I was there for the topper, he took extra special care of my Mom as we checked out beds and couches.I also explained that I couldn't take the bed that day, in fact I would want it delivered to our new place once we got moved. He explained there would be no worries with them holding it for me.Graham took the time to explain how the bed should feel when you're laying on it. Then had me try another one until I felt that floating/cloud like feeling.Not only would I recommend this store to others, we will definitely be back for that "Hide-A-Bed".....LOL a Sleeper Sofa.read more

Went looking for a simple six inch deep mattress. Chris knew his inventory so well that he could give me an immediate answer. Next day he showed me two in my price range. I was in and out on 20 minutes. My kind of shopping. Really nice guy, no upsell pressure, and a good knowledge of his products. Delivery the next day. A local Hawaiian company.
