We were immediately warmly greeted by Mike, who is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped us to understand more about the complex world of mattresses. We felt very comfortable trying out the different beds and asking questions, there was no pressure and we ended up leaving with something that we think is a much better fit than our... Nectar mattress. And if it turns out to not be the perfect fit then their great 120 day guarantee has us covered! I know it seems much easier these days to just order online and not have to deal with going in to a store and actually talking to people, but I’ve got to say it’s a much better way and you can actually try them out and ask questions and understand what you’re buying. We "test drove" several beds before deciding on the Luxe Adapt with adjustable base. The bed/base package was very expensive, and we are still within the trial period on the bed. It is not the life-changing difference we expected, but the jury's still out. We do love the adjustable position settings and the vibration settings.
