Darby was really helpful. I suffer from a previous work related back injury and wanted a really firm bed as our current mattress is going to be about 10 years. While browsing, he showed us all the firm mattresses as requested. He then showed us one that were recommended by chiropractors and doctors which was a little pricey. I was interested in two mattresses. The first one was the pricey one which put relief on my back and the other was reasonably priced but would wear out over time. I did... not feel pressured and he gave us a reasonable amount of time as I very torn with the two. Ultimately we went with the pricey one just for more comfort for me. I highly recommend this place.read more

I have been researching best bed and comfotable enviroment to purchase a adjustable bed. So many option on this small island. Being from NY i consider myself a good buyer and like to support local business. I stayed away for on line purchases , but did look at prices. After looking around I settled on BedMart . Darby was my salesperson and was wonderful and very knowelable on his product . He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Best mattress buying experience ever!What a pleasure to not feel hustled or sold something that was just OK. Darby took the time to show us the differences between styles and ran us thru a scanner that plotted out exactly what suited us perfectly! Besides just being a really nice guy, Darby was a delight to work with. If he is still there 10 years from now when the warranty runs out, we will be back to buy another one from him.

He made everything right and found me a mattress that we both hope will work out much better for me. Truly appreciate the level of customer service BedMart strives for to ensure their customers are 100% satisfied. Thank you!Nov 5: Editing this review as I was not happy with my purchase halfway through the 4 month trial period and went to the store twice to seek alternatives... and let Jason know the mattress was causing me lots of lower back pain. I was told to wait for a new shipment of mattresses that were going to be updated (of course costing me the difference of what I had already paid). Never received call and tried following up but no answer.Previous post:June 1: Had a great experience at Bed Mart! Jason greeted us and showed us to their mattress profile bed that was able to determine what mattress would best suit my needs and body type. Jason not only provided excellent customer service but was also very informative and knowledgeable in answering our questions. Bedmart offers free delivery and excellent financing options. I give this store five stars not for my new bed, although it is fantastic, but for the salesperson Keith Fukumoto. We started our shopping day at Bedmart. Keith gave us great advice and a through rundown on all of the beds that Bedmart had. very pleasant and informative. We told him we were going to check some other stores in town. He gave us his card and asked that we come back before we purchased a bed at the other stores. We did return and after checking out all the matresses we purchased a... Nectar Premier and Lift frame. After a week sleeping on our new bed we are very pleased. There was no pressure selling tactics just personal attention and knowledge of the products. If you live on the island you know it can be a pain shopping for furniture, and mattress, finding the right size stuff to match up with other furniture pieces etc, and how expensive everything is and waiting on long shipping for the items that you want. Me and my wife went to three stores and this was our last stop for the day and they had a King size bed they are so hard to fine here on the island not sure why. But we had spoken to Jason he was nice and polite and very informative with our... purchase set us up with delivery and remove of our old bed. And last but not least they were the cheapest stop out of all the other places that we went to i would highly recommend check this place out when time comes to replace your mattress and bedding. He greeted us warmly and had his mask on properly and from there he provided high quality customer service and he was incredibly knowledgeable on everything about beds.
