She walked me through all the different mattress options, availability, pricing, and helped narrow things down based on the specific comfort and support I was looking for.
I returned the next day with my fiancé, and once again, Taylor went above and beyond, patiently guiding us through everything again without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. She was informative, kind, and focused on making sure we found something that really worked for both of us.
