Alvaro Tapia was a great salesman! He was very knowledgable and helpful as we picked out a new personal mattress. He answered all our questions and set us at ease. We ended up going back to order a new mattress set for our guest room for delivery at the same time. The two delivery personnel were also awesome: they called when we expected, gave a great timeline and arrived when they said they would. Thank you for a great experience start to finish! We would highly recommend!!!

Ben is very knowledgeable and positive!! Beyond great service!!!
Santiago and Kevin are the quickest and smoothest delivery servicemen!!! They took care of the removal of the older mattress, moving the mattress originally on our bed to the second bedroom and putting the new mattress on the master bed in under 10 minutes; all with smiles and positive attitudes.
All these men do their jobs well above and beyond duty!!!
I will go back to them for our bed needs again and again!!!!

Everyone at BedMart was awesome! Ben, who sold me the mattress and adjustable frame, was very knowledgeable and personable. Ben was absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!
I almost bought the wrong kind of mattress at another store. He saved us from throwing out money away and investing in ourselves in the best way possible. Ben is honest which I appreciate not like other sneaky sales men. You don’t have to trick people to buy product, being informed is the best way to make a purchase and Ben is very knowledgeable. We appreciate the time Ben took to explain the options available. Although it’s a large investment I feel confident we will be very happy with out mattress. Thank you Ben !
