My husband and I visited the Lihue store for the first time today on a whim. We were warmly greeted and assisted by Paula. She was so knowledgeable , helpful and lovely that we bought a wonderful mattress which we had not intended to do that day! We are so excited to receive it next week! Nichole was very helpful, personable, and accommodating! A plus for customer service. My husband and I only knew that we wanted a queen size, firm bed but we didn’t have much else to go off of that. Nicole, quickly figured out what we needed and had us trying out different beds. She was very knowledge and funny too which made the experience less stressful and more fun!
