This is my first adult apartment and I’ve never bought furniture before, but she made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly patient, really listened to the vibe I wanted, and walked me around the store showing me pieces she thought I’d love.

Once I decided, she made everything quick and smooth and scheduled delivery during hours that worked for me. Nissie is bright, bubbly, and makes you feel truly welcome—which I really appreciated since furniture is such a personal purchase. Absolutely gorgeous rugs and excellent customer service! We were changing our color scheme and wanted to order our KAS rugs. Nissie took great care of us from the very beginning.
