A couple of months ago, I went to see about buying a Temperpedic bed, because I had, had one many years ago and my body needed to have the "Ahhh" that only a Temperpedic mattress can give.
I had bought a mattress about a year ago and it didn't hold up.
I jumped thru all the hoops that the mattress people wanted me to do, only to have them say.... "I was 1/4" shy of being able to get a different one". It was saging and hurt my body.
They also said I didn't have a warranty. Soooo, I saved up and went to see Brian at BedMart and let him know what had happened (I had bought the mattress from him before and he was really upset). He told me that I in fact did have a warranty and he was going to look into it.
I felt I needed to go straight to the mattress maker and not the store. I should of went to Brian first, but I didn't know.
Anyway... Brian made some phone calls and his time to find out what could be done. WOW! he not only made it right but I DID have a warranty and I was able to get money's back to go towards my NEW BREEZE Temperpedic mattress.
I got the adjustable bed so I can raise my feet etc. and take any pressure off my lower back if I need to.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new bed!!!!!
My hips and joints are much happier and I'm able to get a good night's sleep without tossing and turning because I hurt.
Did I tell you.... I LOVE my new Temperpedic bed.
Any one who has any joint pain, needs to check out the Temperpedic beds. They feel a bit different from other mattresses (which is easy to get use to), but let me tell you, it is not only worth the money but will have your body thanking you.
Brian is the man!!!! He has ALWAYS been kind, honest and so helpful without being pushy.
THANK YOU SO MUCH BRIAN! I will always let people know how wonderful my experience has been.
I just realized that this BedMart I wrote about is the one at 8050 SE Causey Ave. Milwaukie, OR. I think I wrote this review on the SE 82nd store review sight.
