We understand that a mattress purchase is an important investment for you, which is why we offer a one-time mattress exchange within 365 nights of the original purchase. It is important that you sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights. Your body needs time to adjust to your new mattress support system. In the event that you do not love your mattress, we work closely with you on re-selecting a different mattress of equal or greater value. The Comfort Guarantee handling fee is $299.95 within our local delivery zone. Exchanges outside of our local delivery zone will be subject to current delivery rates. Our delivery team will inspect all exchanges prior to removal. It is required that your mattress must be sanitary, in like-new condition, and the law tag must be attached to each item. Mattresses that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for exchange. All mattresses are handcrafted and have up to a 1” dimension tolerance.

Our 365 Night Comfort Guarantee provides a one-time exchange privilege and applies only to the mattress. Please reach out via our Contact page to initiate a mattress comfort exchange.
