Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and BedMart reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
Product pricing and availability may differ by region, the easiest way to obtain stock information is to select the region you are shopping in or to provide us with your zip code and select the location closest to your delivery address.
At this time, our website is not real-time. Current stock information is updated regularly. Most products displayed on the Site are available in select BedMart stores. In some cases, products and merchandise displayed for sale on the Site may not be available at certain BedMart stores. You can always contact your local store to see if the product is available for immediate purchase.
Orders placed within our local delivery area will be methods include smartDROP Shipping and White Glove In-Home Delivery. If you’re in the local area and the merchandise you are looking for is in stock and you order before 3pm, we can delivery your order next day.
If you live outside of our local delivery area, we offer Nationwide Delivery and Shipping options. For items too large to be shipped UPS, we offer affordable, professional long distance delivery.
- Free Nationwide Delivery is available on select product and includes in-home delivery. Free Nationwide Shipping is available in the continental 48 states on select products and is shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Items may require assembly.
If you live in Hawaii, Alaska or a location only accessible by ferry, please contact us for shipping prices. While we do not deliver internationally at this time. Post Office Box addresses are not accepted.
120 Comfort Guarantee
Love it or Exchange it! We understand that a mattress purchase is an important investment for you, which is why we offer a one-time even exchange within 120 days of the original purchase.
Your new mattress will take time to adjust to your body, and we request that you sleep on it for a minimum of 21 nights. After allowing this adjustment time, if you determine that your original mattress purchase is not right for you, we will work closely with you on your selection of a new mattress of equal or greater value.
Exchange service starts at $149.95 in our local delivery zone. It includes delivery of your new bed, removal of the old mattress plus all packaging materials, and handling at our warehouse.
Our Comfort Guarantee does not apply to:

- Mattress Protectors
- Power Bases
- Other Accessories
In compliance with strict national and state bedding laws, and as detailed in the manufacturer’s warranty, BedMart is unable to warranty or exchange a mattress that is stained or unsanitary.
Merchandise may not be returned for a refund at any time.
Cancellations Before Delivery/Shipment
You will receive shipment confirmation via email or phone call for your online order. If your merchandise has not yet been shipped, you may cancel all or part of your order without a charge for a full refund by calling our Customer Service Department at 503-546-3300. Purchases made at ShopBedMart.com cannot be returned at our retail stores.
Please ensure that you have your order confirmation details ready before you call.
Return After Delivery
Power Bases, pillows, bed linens, bed frames, furniture, and special/custom orders are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. Refunds are not allowed once a customer takes possession of their purchase.
Should you discover after your product has arrived, that it is defective or differs from that merchandise in which you ordered, we will be happy to exchange your merchandise at no additional charge. Please call our Customer Service Department at 503-546-3300 between the hours of 9am and 4pm, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays), and one of our service representatives will be glad to assist you with your exchange.
