Pricing and Availability Disclaimer

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and BedMart reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

Product pricing and availability may differ by region, the easiest way to obtain stock information is to select the region you are shopping in or to provide us with your zip code and select the location closest to your delivery address.

At this time, our website is not real-time. Current stock information is updated regularly. Most products displayed on the Site are available in select BedMart stores. In some cases, products and merchandise displayed for sale on the Site may not be available at certain BedMart stores. You can always contact your local store to see if the product is available for immediate purchase.

By purchasing a product from ShopBedMart.com (“we” or “us”), the original purchaser (“you”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions regarding our trial period and returns. If you do not agree to these outlined terms and conditions regarding the trial period and cancellations your only recourse is to not make any purchases from ShopBedMart.com.

365 Night Guarantee – Love it or Exchange it!

Love it or exchange it! You can’t make a wrong choice at BedMart! We understand that a mattress purchase is an important investment for you, which is why we provide a one-time exchange within 365 days of the original purchase. Your new mattress will take time to adjust to your body, so we request that you sleep on it for a minimum of 30 nights. After allowing this adjustment time, if you determine that your original mattress purchase is not right for you, we will work closely with you on selecting a different mattress to ensure sleep success.

  • The original order must have a mattress protector purchased in order to qualify for the exchange program.
  • The mattress and foundation must be in original condition.
  • This comfort guarantee does not apply to warranty exchanges and is not valid on floor models, as-is product, closeout product, pillows, mattress protectors, power/adjustable bases, furniture, or other accessories.
  • Comfort exchange and mattress warranties will be voided by any stains, odors, law tag removal, rips, cuts, or other damage.
  • The Comfort Guarantee handling fee is $299.95 within our local delivery zone. Exchanges outside of our delivery zone will be subject to current delivery rates
  • Pickup and reselection delivery must occur at the same time and be conducted by BedMart’s delivery team.

In-Store Credit and Reselection Service $299.95:

Your in-store credit will reflect the Purchase Price Credit Schedule of the original qualifying item(s), less the Reselection Service charge and the retail value of any gift(s)-with-purchase. Service beyond our local delivery areas may incur an additional charge. The service includes inspection, repackaging, pickup and handling of both the return & reselection items.

Purchase Price Credit Schedule:

30-120 Nights  = Credited 100% 121-240 Nights = Credited 75% 240-365 Nights = Credited 50%

Warrantable Exchanges

BedMart reserves the right to refuse exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer. If exchanged items need to be picked up from your home, you will be charged a pickup fee. Your initial delivery fee is not refundable. Prices paid at the time of purchase are final.

Delivery Methods

Orders placed within our local delivery area will be methods include smartDROP Shipping and White Glove In-Home Delivery. If you’re in the local area and the merchandise you are looking for is in stock and you order before 3pm, we can delivery your order next day.

If you live outside of our local delivery area, we offer Nationwide Delivery and Shipping options. For items too large to be shipped UPS, we offer affordable, professional long distance delivery.

  • Free Nationwide Delivery is available on select product and includes in-home delivery. Free Nationwide Shipping is available in the continental 48 states on select products and is shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Items may require assembly.

If you live in Hawaii, Alaska or a location only accessible by ferry, please contact us for shipping prices. While we do not deliver internationally at this time. Post Office Box addresses are not accepted.

Cancellations Before Delivery/Shipment

You will receive shipment confirmation via email or phone call for your online order. If your merchandise has not yet been shipped, you may cancel all or part of your order without a charge for a full refund by calling our Customer Service Department at 503-546-3300. Purchases made at ShopBedMart.com cannot be returned at our retail stores.

Please ensure that you have your order confirmation details ready before you call.

For your protection, we ask that customers present identification at the time of pickup. Please bring the credit card and photo ID with you to the pick-up location.

Custom Orders

A 50% deposit is required for all Special and Custom Orders. Special orders are not refundable and cannot be canceled once the order has been placed. Quotes on Special and Custom order arrival times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We cannot guarantee color as dye lots may vary.

Mattress Recycling/Removal

Mattress recycling/removal are non-refundable after completed removal and/or setup.

Return After Delivery

Power Bases, pillows, bed linens, bed frames, furniture, and special/custom orders are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. Refunds are not allowed once a customer takes possession of their purchase.

Should you discover after your product has arrived, that it is defective or differs from that merchandise in which you ordered, we will be happy to exchange your merchandise at no additional charge. Please call our Customer Service Department at 503-546-3300 between the hours of 9am and 4pm, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays), and one of our service representatives will be glad to assist you with your exchange.

Refund Policy
