Dallas has been such an incredible help to me over the years. Just arrived in Hillsboro yesterday from Wisconsin and had to get a bed right away. Was greeted like an old college buddy from Bill, who couldn't have been more friendly. Took a little sleep test, then perused the floor for some models that fit. Found my bed in about 10 minutes but stuck around chatting with Bill for another hour till the tide of customers rolled through the door mid-afternoon.There's nothing phony about this place. They're completely up front about cost and need and won't... try to sell you a bed that costs 5k when all you can afford is 1k. Bill will be honest from the get-go on that front. Ownership has a direct line of contact to the sales floor, which I believe is why this company runs smoothly. Couldn't have been more happy to leave a glowing review for someone. Great experience. Ben really knew his stuff, including the science behind sleep, health, pain management. He didn't do pressure sales. He did show us several options to fit our needs and budget. More of a matchmaker than a salesperson. The sleep analysis machine was really cool and made recommendations based on sleep style and pressure points. I almost fell asleep in the store laying on the mattress we decided to buy.And the financing options you really can't beat.
