I came into the store and Dean helped me out from the moment that I came into the store, he was very professional and courteous

Jeremy is a very knowledgeable source of information on mattresses. But more importantly the service after purchase was exceptional. The mattress was delivered to an assistive living facility but unfortunately the patient had not been discharged from rehab due to medical issues. The delivery men were really helpful and said they could reschedule a delivery date. Within 4 hours I got a call from Jeremy stating that due to the circumstances he would waive the rescheduling fee which was about the only good thing that happened that day. As it ends up the assistive living facility will not accept the patient so I had to get a refund which was seamless. I will recommend this company to everyone.

Dean Josue was extremely helpful and kind. He brought great energy and made the experience pleasant.

Spencer’s service was above and beyond. When an issue arose with my mattress, he made sure the exchange went smoothly, and did all in his power to make the situation as easy as possible. I would recommend this store to anybody that is looking for a mattress.
