Paula is fantastic!! She was very informative, patient, and put us at ease when buying a mattress. She let us take our time in deciding which mattress and frame to go with, and answered our questions when we narrowed our decision down to two. Upon arranging for pick up, we picked up one base frame and one mattress at different days of the week, she was flexible in coordination. Since we had to haul to the other side of island, they even assisted with ensuring the mattress was properly covered as scattered showers may appear in route, and if there were any holes in the plastic wrap, Paula and Nicole offered clear tape to ease our worries. Great service! Highly recommend!!

Paula was a joy to work with. She is knowledgeable professional, very helpful and understanding. I have a handicap and sometimes moving around the store and getting onto mattresses was difficult. I do recommend that the bed frames be lowered. I am very short and there are many many short people on Kauai And trying to get onto some of those bed frames was very difficult and required assistance. Paula was most helpful in my final selection and in making recommendations . she made much easier than I expected.

I was a bit nervous and overwhelmed about buying a new mattress but Paula immediately put me at ease and was so wonderful. I had so many questions and she was so knowledgeable & informative. Easy to talk to and I never felt rushed. She helped me find the perfect mattress within my budget. Highly recommend her!
