Came in and needed a bed today after a six day road trip and only having a couch to sleep on. We loved a bed that would not be available for a week. We were given alternatives, matching our preferences, that were in stock today. Adam was also happy to help us stay within our budget. Great experience and he was funny and a pleasure to work with.

Adam was funny, to the point, and great at managing time. We came in at the same time as two other shoppers. He delegated us to look at a couple beds while he helped a couple check out and other ways to make waiting not seem troublesome. He was amazing. If we need a bed for our guest room or recommendations for family, this will definitely be the place. He was a joy to work with.

Adam was super patient with me in selecting a new mattress. After working through the computer selector, we tried multiple mattresses, of varying qualities and prices- eventually finding the right one for me. It was far from the most expensive, and i appreciated his honesty through the whole process. He was also SUPER patient and understanding while my kids were being hooligans THE ENTIRE TIME.

I walked into the store with my daughter to simply start my search for a new bed. Adam greeted us and was happy to answer any and all questions we had. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Went to every mattress place in town as this was my first “real bed” purchase. This is the place to go and Adam is the guy you want helping you. Hands down best experience in town - helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy or used car sales like. Other places either didn’t care to help, didn’t know the product and then thought they could be pushy with making a sale afterwards. No, go see Adam here at BedMart!

Had a great experience getting a new mattress from Spencer, he was super helpful, patient, made good suggestions, and didn't try to sell us on anything. We tried out a number of beds until we narrowed it down to the most comfortable and it was delivered within a week, they got rid of the old beast for a minimal fee and we couldn't be happier with our new bed. Hopefully it'll be a while before we need another but I would definitely shop here again.

I called ahead and talked to Arty in the Redmond store who was super helpful. I needed to go to the Bend store/warehouse to get what I wanted and Arty called ahead and gave them a heads up.
