Face masks are required for entry to the stores to help slow the spread of COVID-19.


If you are exhibiting any flu-like symptoms, please do not enter the store.


All employees receive specific instructions on hand-washing, limiting contact, and keeping safe distances. Associates are directed to stay at home when they do not feel well.


We are limiting the number of shoppers in the store, keeping 6-foot social distancing, and will provide disposable mattress and pillow shields for lying down and sitting on products.


Our stores have significantly increased cleaning services. We conduct regular cleaning of mattresses and high-touch surfaces: registers, countertops, doors, and restrooms.


Teams have received instruction on bringing products to your home with careful attention to distancing, sanitizing, and overall safety procedures.

Will BedMart Employees be wearing a face covering?

Yes, all BedMart employees will be wearing face coverings as our stores begin to open on May 15th. This will include sales consultants, delivery team, and our warehouse team.
I bought a mattress before your stores closed, and it’s not the right comfort feel for me.

Can I still do a comfort exchange even though it’s over 120 days from my purchase?

Your comfort has always been our goal, which is why we have extended our 120 Night Comfort Guarantee. For anyone who has a comfort guarantee that expires between March 15 – May 15, 2020, we will automatically extend the trial period for an additional 60 days. We will be able to resume comfort exchanges on June 3rd, 2020!
