Worst mattress I have ever slept on. Hard as a rock. No comfort whatsoever. It is like sleeping in a cheap motel. The mattress delivered is definitely not the same feel as the one we tried in store. For the price we paid I feel very ripped off. I want my money back, and to buy a good mattress elsewhere. We are sorry to hear that you are not comfortable on this mattress. There are a few reasons why a mattress may be firmer than what you tried in the store. The first would be that the mattress is brand new and has yet to have an ample amount of break in time. Next, would be to make sure the sheets are not to tight fitting as this may inhibit you from fully sinking into the mattress. Lastly, if those 2 are not the case, please come into a store so we can get it changed out to a better mattress for you and invite you to use our SmartMatch system as it can narrow down the options for you and we can make sure this next one is the perfect match. When I first got this, it was pretty firm, I was scared because it didn’t feel like what I laid on in the store. Called into the store and was told to make sure to give it “a good college try” 2 weeks later, the bed has broken in, and now it feels amazing. Best night sleep ever!
