BedMart offers a 10 year non-prorated warranty for the CopperSmart 700 mattress that begins on the date of purchase. It covers the following during normal wear: manufacturer defects in the materials or workmanship and body indentations that are greater than an 1 1/2.”

    Nice looking quality mattress, but I wouldn’t describe it as medium-soft. More like a solid medium. We’ve had it for almost 2 months and it’s still incredibly firm especially in the shoulders. We are side sleepers, so it’s hard to find that balance between softness and support… This mattress seemed much softer in the showroom. Maybe it just takes more time, but we’ve even been walking on it and it has barely changed. Might see about exchanging it soon…

      Thank you for leaving a review for our CopperSmart 700. Sorry to hear that it is firmer than the showroom. We have found that sometimes the sheets may be the culprit in creating false firmness. If your fitted sheet is really tight try just laying the top sheet down for a night or two and that may correct the problem. If not we do have our exchange service for you and we have some amazing new models that just came in, we look forward to helping in any way we can.
