I love my Parklane Mattress. And, I loved the buying experience. Luke B.was the consummate sales professional. Knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Delivery was smooth, easy and on time. Great price. All in all. It was probably a 5 Star experience. But, I `wanted to leave them something to work for...;-)

Thomas was very knowledgeable and helpful. He asked me questions to help zero in on the best mattress for me. He had me try mattresses in different levels of quality in the firmness I indicated. With no sales pressure at all I was able to make an informed decision.

After I explained to him what I was looking for, Thomas Gardiner helped me pick out an excellent mattreess. When I first went to Parklane, he gave me a lot of information about each one. I tried several. There was no pressure of any kind, only both broad and specific knowledge about each. Before I decided on the one to buy, I went to other places, but came back to Parklane, because my experience as well as the quality of the mattress were the best.

Great quality locally made mattresses. Good showrooms with helpful no-pressure sales people (we have been to several). We have two of their high-end matresses which are very well made and have held up great. Highly recommended!

My wife and I are apparently serial mattress buyers. Maybe a half dozen for different locations in this decade alone.So we eventually wound up here and had a pleasant, low pressure and ultimately decisive buying experience. Got a King and new box springs to replace a Sleep Number for a white leather bed set.Jessie was very helpful at this store and the two guys making the delivery today were tidy and fast.Oh. And everything was Made in Oregon.What’s not to like?
