purchased tempurpedic luxe breeze last year; went to (3) different places to check out which of this brand’s models were best fit for our needs. asked many questions from each representative and far and above we were given the best service and treatment from donald at the kapiolani location; it was not even close.he knew all the different brands and models they carried, asked us questions to find out what would be best based on how we slept, our bodies’ condition, etc. not once did he rush... us, and even when we had to leave he did not try to “close us” or try to make us stay. very professional from the time we walked in to we got everything squared away.highly recommend him and their store, you will not be disappointed!read more

I went to BedMart on Kapiolani Blvd today as a first-time mattress buyer. I had no idea whether I wanted an innerspring or memory foam mattress or whether I needed a boxspring, only that I was looking for a relatively firm twin size mattress on a budget. I was greeted right away, but not bombarded, and was quickly assisted by a sales representative (I didn't catch his name). He did a wonderful job showing me the different types of twin size mattresses available in store, helped explain the... difference between each, and was extremely respectful of my budget. Not once did anybody try and convince me to buy more mattress than I was comfortable with, I wasn't rushed into any decisions, and I was shown a variety of options for bed frames, both with and without box springs. When we found out that the mattress I originally picked was out of stock, he helped me pick another comparable mattress that I was very comfortable with and even checked the back inventory before we went further with paperwork. When everything was said and done, he even helped me load the back of my car. I would absolutely come here again for mattress or furniture shopping.read more
