Hands down the only place you should shop for mattresses. I was completely blown away by salesperson Keith, who not only had an informed answer to every very-specific question I had, but also offered insights and tips that I wouldn't have even known to inquire about. If I had purchased online without dropping into this shop, I would have made a mistake. Not only in price and accessory options, but in customer service and consumer confidence.The entire process was so smooth and Keith later... followed up to make sure the local delivery had gone well and we were happy so far with our mattress choice (tempurpedic pro-adapt and we definitely are!). When my partner returned to the shop to buy pillows, Keith even remembered that I had tried the high-loft pillow while in the store and he had noticed that it seemed too tall for me, so he recommended the medium for us both. Mike at parklane mattresses was amazing... he patiently answered a lot of questions over the phone before I'd even gone in. When I went in to pick out my mattress he was very knowledgeable, patient, and shared is personal experience with the store products that he uses. It was easy. Got details over the phone first, then tried it out in the showroom. The Jefferson with memory foam top was on sale! A week later, our new mattress was delivered and old one taken away. We already had a Parklane mattress and wanted one for the guest room. Excellent quality and service!
