1. Chamomile Tea
Chamomile tea earns its rightful nickname as the “sleep tea” due to its superior ability to soothe and relax the body. Its one of the few warm drinks that help put you in relaxation mode. Coconut water is the super drink that is commonly associated with recharging and rehydrating the body.
